Recycled or reclaimed water should be an important resource in a country as dry as Australia. Regrettably, it is an under-utilised resource, largely because of misunderstandings by consumers, producers and governments. There are huge opportunities to use the latest modern technologies for treatments and applications for wastewater, and broadening the scope for many usages in agriculture and in food production.
